The Society of St. Vincent de Paul Exeter relies on local individuals, organizations, and business to continue serving our low income neighbors in need. Please consider making a gift, whether it’s financial, food items, or your time to allow us to continue serving the Exeter community.

Financial Donations

Please consider making a monetary donation to help us to continue serving our low-income neighbors. For each $1.00 donation, we can get $50.00 worth of food from the New Hampshire Food Bank. Your donation is tax-deductible and ensures that we will be here in the future to help those who need it most.

Monthly Recurring DonationsWe welcome you to become an ongoing supporter of SVdP Exeter through recurring donations. Your gifts will help us become more sustainable by enabling us to plan for programming throughout the year and providing SVdP Exeter with a continuous source of funding to support community initiatives. If you are interested in becoming a regular supporter, please click here to set up your donations online, or contact us at (603) 772-9922 for more information about ACH withdrawal or bill pay through your local bank.

Cleo Castonguay Giving Tree:  Show your support by purchasing a leaf on our giving tree!  Individually engraved leaves are available for donors to purchase.  The bronze leaf is offered for donations of $1,000 – $2,500.  Silver leaves are available for donations of $2,500 – $5,000 and gold leaves for donations of $5,000 and above.

Food Donations

In our Food Pantry, we work to create a judgment-free environment with nutritious food choices for the whole family. We are proud to offer nonperishable food items, milk, butter, eggs, produce, bread, meat, and personal hygiene items.

Please drop off donations at the Center during non pantry hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 12 noon  – 4:00 pm.

  • Dropping off is easy. Pull around to the back of the building to the double doors, ring the doorbell and we will be right out to assist you.

Unfortunately, we are unable to take clothing or furniture donations due to a lack of storage space. We encourage these types of contributions to be brought to Wonderland Thrift Shop or Exeter Community Thrift Shop.

Vehicle Donations

The National Vehicle Donation Program of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul USA accepts all vehicles, including cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, and trailers. The vehicle does not have to run and will be towed away at no cost to you. Once it is sold at auction, the proceeds will go directly back to SVdP Exeter.

For more information or to have your vehicle picked up, click here, or call 1-(800) 322-8284.

Volunteer

The Society of St. Vincent de Paul has nearly 100 “Vincentian” volunteers who have taken on various roles in serving our clients. Please click here for more information about how you can help those in need by becoming a volunteer.

We welcome local businesses and organizations to arrange for a day of service at the Center.

DAFdirect

Donor-Advised Fund

A donor-advised fund (DAF) is a centralized charitable account. It allows charitably inclined individuals, families, and businesses to make tax-deductible charitable donations of cash, publicly-traded stock, and, in some cases, certain illiquid assets to a public charity such as Saint Vincent de Paul.
