Must be 18+ to volunteer
Once the completed application is returned, a background check will be performed. If you are a good fit for us, we will contact you to invite you to a new volunteer orientation. As an organization made up almost entirely of volunteers, we rely on the help of volunteers for every aspect of operations.
Volunteers must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, pack bags, move food items, and stand for about 2.5 hours. If this isn't a fit, no worries! There are many other ways to help your community.
SVdP Exeter is grateful for the incredible support of our community and the many individuals who wish to volunteer. At this time, our volunteer team is full, and we are not accepting new volunteer applications. We encourage you to check back in the future for any updates or new opportunities.
Although we are not onboarding new volunteers right now, volunteers normally assist with tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds, packing bags, moving food items, and standing for approximately 2.5 hours. Our organization relies on dedicated volunteers for nearly every part of our operations, and we deeply appreciate the interest in helping us serve those in need.
If volunteering isn’t a fit at this time, no problem — there are still many ways to support your community, including donations, spreading awareness, or contributing in other meaningful ways.
