Become a Volunteer at the Society of St. Vincent de Paul Exeter
If you are interested in becoming a Vincentian, please stop by the Center for an application or print and drop off the application below. As an organization made up almost entirely of volunteers, we rely on the help of volunteers for every aspect of operations. A few volunteer positions include:
Food Pantry: Drivers to pick up orders from the NH Food Bank, food stockers, and distributors during the pantry sessions.
Advocacy: Advocates help clients through budget counseling, and depending on the client’s circumstances, recommend or educate the client on topics such as: nutrition, computer skills, homeless intervention, health checks or referrals.
Maintenance: Cleaning, landscaping, mowing, snow removal.
Fundraising: We rely entirely on external donations and fundraising events. The continued and ongoing generosity of individuals, organizations and businesses in our community enables us to provide the services our clients need. However, the need still continues to exceed our resources.
One on one training: Resume and interview preparation, career counseling, computer training.
Nutrition: Developing recipes, cooking and distributing samples, and educating clients about healthier eating choices.
